Enable display of Japanese translation

The existing Japanese translation (current quality status: unknown) cannot be displayed. Current theories as to why:

• svg file does not contain a valid mapping for the unicode values for these characters
• ISO 639-1 encoding is not supported

We do not have kanji characters in our font. We are working on adding support for normal ttf fonts in the near future and we will then be able to support Japanese more easily.
