Something I did up quickly tonight, only tested on Chrome at this point.
The idea of this PR is that you can provide keyphrases that are matched against video titles (case insensitive) and hide any videos that match. Multiple keyphrases can be added.
The way that I have currently implemented the options panel is that there is always one field by default which can be cleared. Additional fields can be added and removed.
