Window flashing on phpmyadmin installation interface

Used shell version (Far Manager, git-bash, cmd, powershell, cygwin, whatever):
Powershell Major 5 Minor 1 Build 17134 Revision 112

Problem description

At the provide database credential step of installing phpmyadmin on ubuntu 16, the window started flashing at a high pace.

Steps to reproduce

1. In Ubuntu 16, type sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin and follow the instruction.
2. Choose Apache on the server type page then hit OK.
3. Hit Yes at the next step.

Actual results

3. Window will start flashing no matter I changed the window size.
4. The bufferhight mode button at the bottom right corner is flashing as well.

Expected results

No flashing.

• You are using build from 2016 year. Old Builds
• Windows build is omitted
• You noted PowerShell as your shell. There is no sudo command.

Update ConEmu and fix your description

I now updated to the latest ConEmu downloaded from the official site. The flashing pace is not that fast but still there.
The sudo command was used under the Ubuntu environment when I accessed it using vagrant ssh command.

I have the same flashing when running various other package installations (Tripwire for example) through SSH, it seems any that display the fullscreen "UI" installation interface in the terminal cause the issue for me.
It is unrecoverable, Ctrl+C etc will not exit the installer, I have to close the tab entirely.

I'm on the latest Preview version 180626.

@chrisella yes I have the exactly fast flashing as yours on my old cmder. conemu seems slower here and same ctrl+c not working.
