Describe the bug
The rules of a remote mbin magazine do not get pulled in to other instances

On which Mbin instance did you find the bug?
[gehirneimer.de, kbin.run]

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to gehirneimer.de/m/mdev@kbin.run
  2. Open <kbin.run/m/mdev>
  3. Look at the missing rules on gehirneimer.de

Expected behavior
It should get synced

Proposition: since there is no "rules" property in activity pub I would just append the rules section with a "Rules" header to the summary in the activity pub representation. It is not the same as being on the same instance, but it is better than loosing this information

I was thinking of grabbing this one while I try to fix the lack of markdown/source/federation of styling (line breaks) for magazine descriptions unless you already have it in progress
