With IE11 out of support since 15th of June 2022, it's about time to end support for it and move on.

This not only allows us to remove workarounds and shims but also to apply prettier formatting to the sources, etc.

It is planned to release Relearn 6.x somewhere around this year. The 5.x branch will not be maintained anymore once 6.x is released.
