2023 cost update

• 4000' spool of 2" HDPE conduit: $1.70/foot. 10' sticks of Schedule 40 PVC: $1.90/ft.

Something else to consider. PSE already has power running up the hill and there's a power pole a short distance from Top Hut. Get PSE to drop a meter on that pole (there's already a transformer) and abandon our underground wires going up the hill. Use the existing wireless link for comms.
