Supported Thunderbird ver.52.x

Since Thunderbird ver.52, a Preferences API is no longer supported, that causes an error on reading the addon's settings. Version 1.2.9a changed read/write preferences method not to use API. Version 1.2.9.3a merged bunch of fixes supported by mar.
