What kind of sorting controls are you looking to add? Plex's sorting capabilities for their playlists are non-existent, so any improvements to playlist capability for Emby would be awesome.

In my opinion sorting by

  • track name
  • album
  • artist
  • genre

better will be 1st level sorting e.g. by artist 2nd level by album

would be very nice :)

This will be in Emby Server 4.8, along with sorting for Collections.
