Subtitles time offset should be ‘remembered’ (saved)

Suppose you have a movie and you had to use time offset to synchronize subtitles.

However after you stopped playing this movie and restarted watching it after awhile the time offset is not saved and the right value had to be found again.
It is expected that time offset value is saved on per movie basics.
