Other users have access to live TV through IPTV, but not tvheadend channels

I can't get other users than my admin user to have access to tvheadend channels. They are missing in TV channels lists, whereas they are in mine. No problem with IPTV channels that are present in both account types.

I had a look at account options and config, but couldn't find something relative to this.

I have latest Emby stable version installed on an Ubuntu 22.04LTS server.
