Add a way to create a static website of the logbook.

Some people may wish to share their meditations with the world. We should provide a command that does this over the CLI and from the GUI as well.

What this command will do is create index.html, map.html, logbook.html, calendar.html, and graphs.html and export them to a folder on their system. They can then serve these pages from a server.
