Failed To Get Code From PIP

I tried to install this plugin using

pip install newrelic-plugin-agent

Got a response that the installation file is missing.
Am I'm doing something wrong?

Please try again, I had to pull it due to a test config file in it with my license key.

Not yet:
Could not fetch URL http://pypi.python.org/simple/newrelic-plugin-agent: HTTP Error 404: Not Found (newrelic_plugin_agent does not have any releases)

The direct URL for pypi works: https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/n/newrelic_plugin_agent/newrelic_plugin_agent-1.0.12.tar.gz#md5=a15c25b7f4feca54b8416c92c2bff1 my guess is the new pypi CDN bits take a while to propagate.
