Java version 11.0.11

Description

When you max your armor points with something like standard or FF and then switch to patchwork armor and replace everything but the legs with hardened armor you can go over max tonnage and still gain the benefit of hardened armor every where but the rear torsos.

First load a mech into mekhq meklab and give it max armor and max out its tonnage with anything else, then select patchwork and give all the locations but the legs hardened armor. (I gave the leg Light FF and unsure if other armor types will effect this bug. using hardened legs as well will not allow you to refit.) Apply the changes and then load the mek back into mekhq meklab and it will now be over tonnage.
