RFE: improve handling of wide medals

According to the Award Guide.md help file:

Medal images must be in a transparent .png format with an 87-pixel height.

Medal images are being scaled based on width, rather than height, with images that exceed the maximum width being scaled down. This means that items that are wide rather than tall, such as jump wings, are difficult to add - making them wide enough to be legible only gets them shrunk.

It would be helpful if the medal images were scaled to height with the width allowed to float, in line with the help file description. Not sure if the image layout can handle that automatically or if there needs to be additional code to space them out properly.
