Post Vote and Comment Counts not accurate (not updating)

Describe the bug

I found slightly odd behavior where the vote count and comment count on a post don’t refresh and show the proper value when refreshing the post.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a fairly active post.
2. Pull down to refresh (it doesn’t refresh vote count or comment count).
3. Navigate back to post feed and pull to refresh, it shows new count of votes and comments.
4. Open the post and still shows the old vote count and comment count.
5. You can then pull to refresh the post to see if it updates and still shows old counts.

Expected behavior

Proper comment and vote counts when refreshing.

NOTE: sometimes this also happens in reverse where the post feed shows fewer upvotes than when you open the post. Refreshing the post feed does not update the vote counts to match what post is showing. Unsure if this is an issue fetching data from API or if it’s due to caching or something.
