Add some tutorials to the CSET documentation.

Rendered at https://tmpweb.net/utMvF6cVprxh/getting-started/index

Still a work in progress, with only first three having any content so far.

The :emphasize-lines: directive on code blocks is useful for highlighting lines as we go through an example.
