This PR fixes some issues with the nix configuration in metacoq, updating the revision of nixpkgs and coq-nix-toolbox to latest master and updating the corresponding CI targets.
After this PR, a partial build of metacoq is possible with nix, e.g. using
nix-shell --argstr job "safechecker".Also adds an unrelated missing function for printing
env_errortype.
