The minimum Node.js version is now set to v10, which is the oldest currently supported Node.js LTS version.

Should we just go straight to Node 12 considering that 10 is EOL next month? |

It's not EOL yet. I don't see why we wouldn't support it 🤷. It's not like it presents any challenges. |

Well, no challenges, just that we're going to be back here to do the same thing in ~35 days, but 🤷♂️ |
