refactor(ramp): add provider name to sell tx events

This PR adds a missing property to the sell crypto events related to the transaction

Manual testing steps

1. Go through the sell flow and complete it
2. The events related to invoking, confirming, failing and rejecting the sell transaction must have the provider name
