Probably new PRs, but we'll probably want to add it to the toast (the one that stays open until they manually close it) and somewhere on the bureau view I can reuse this |

Relies on #1539Adds a "time remaining" component, calculated by the difference between the current date and a provided date. Used on the Bid Tracker's Handshake Offered overlay.
The component is currently configured to pick a random date for testing/demo purposes (you can force it to re-render to get a new random date by clicking the "Toggle static content" link in the top right of the screen).(Edit: integrated with API.
