Fixed file associations

While it was making the file association properly, it wasn't actually loading up the save file. Now it does.

Initial Release

This is the first version. SFTP deploy is not supported at this time, but the tab is there because it's being worked on for future builds.

Please use the installer below and then visit the Wiki to get started.

Feel free to play with the source if you like, but if you use the source code version you'll need to manually copy the *\lib* directory to your *%appdata%\Ruge Deploy Tool* folder (you will need to create the folder yourself)
