[image] is very cool, but it would be even cooler if it enlarged its image when the GUI gets zoomed.

that would be cool indeed!

It could be done with some work, but:

  • I have proposed a solution to allow arbitrary and continuous zooming in Pd (see canvas zoom and scroll with mousewheel pure-data/pure-data#1659)
  • unfortunately TclTk doesn't support non-integer scaling of images... It would be possible with a couple of Tcl extensions though, but I don't know if an external would be allowed to load a new Tcl extension. Anyway I would like to wait for a decision to be made by the Pd devs about the continuous zooming, because the zoom implementation into [image] would be very different then.
