Combine maven and protobuf for easy compiling #27

  • Protobuf is used to compile the program but it has to be done separately from the command line, so if it can be combined to do it through maven then would be easy to compile the program through your IDE instead whenever make changes.

This seems to be an issue that currently seems to be unfixable. We should investigate more though, but currently i feel running the plugin is a dependency mess.
