Launch error MiKTeX 20.6.29 x64 post installation

Hi,
We are planning to deploy MiKTeX 20.6.29 to Windows 10 users using SCCM. My installation directory is ProgramData, package repository and visiting repository is localappdata. The reason being is we want users to manage updates themselves.
Installation works well: basic-miktex-20.6.29-x64.exe --user-install=C:\ProgramData\MiKTeX --unattended
When i launch the application, it throws this message.
Error: A MiKTeX set up issue has been detected. So far, you have not checked for MiKTeX updates. Remedy: Check for MiKTeX updates.

As IT i know application wants to update, there it throws a message. But end users think it is an issue with the installation. How can i rectify this? Is there a switch which can download these updates while the installation is going?

That is, you should run something like mpm update (don't remember the exact syntax, please Google).
