Hi Miachol,

I want to install vdjpuzzle2. the first command runs well:

conda create --name vdjpuzzle --file environment-explicit.txt

However, the second one failed as the following:

source activate vdjpuzzle
-sh: source: activate: file not found

What's activate file ? where it is located?
