Hello,

I have a CMS system and i want to integrate vip stuff for my users from SAMP server.
I want to add some cool things to this plugin, but i'm completely newbie.

VIP #1:
/listguns - you can look at the weapons of other players
/ flip - overturns your vehicle
/ nos - adds nitro
/ hyd - adds hydraulics
/ vtimers - to see how much time you have left to VIP unmute, etc.
/ isafk - checks how long AFK a player has been

VIP #2:
/ fix - fixes your vehicle
/ cnos - changes your nitro release mode
/ r - direct reply to personal message (PM)
/ pj - repaints your car
/ cc - changes the color of your vehicle
/ sound - to play a sound
/ advert - placing a claim for business, house, etc.
/ kill - to kill yourself

VIP #3:
/ invisible - becomes invisible on the map
/ para - gives a parachute
/ lock - locks your vehicle
/ unlock - unlocks your vehicle
/ vrefuel - adds 20 liters to your vehicle
/ ramphelp - information on the use of ramps
/ vguns - gives weapons, for civilians - Sawnoff and M4, for gangs - Sniper and Knife
/ tune - to tune your car wherever you are
/ edit - move a pinned object from your skin
/ clothes - to put on hats / glasses / towels / masks, etc.

My english is not good. I'm from Bulgaria, but i'll be very happy if you can integrate this stuff above or some of them to exists vip levels.

I want it to work with mysql, because this is payed stuff... I have php system which is working with sessions and credits and i want this to works with mysql to can add vips/admins from php scripts.
