Describe the bug:

Rename Variable fails in the following situation

Code:

try {

} catch (a){
    let b;
} 

Output:

try{}catch(I2W3L20){let I2W3L20}

Error:

(node:17661) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: SyntaxError: Identifier 'I2W3L20' has already been declared
