I find it quite frustrating when the new tab, created by clicking on the
+on the tab bar, keeps changing its position.This commit introduces an option to keep the group of this tab in the rightmost position instead of moving the tab to the group, thus preventing the new tab from changing position.
This feature is disabled by default, but perhaps it would be better to enable it by default.
