Mini-Challenge: Portfolio Website

This project is an assigment for the Web Technologies course at PLP Academy

Requirements:

1. Create an HTML file named portfolio.html.
2. Design a navigation menu with at least three sections (e.g., Home, About, Projects).
3. Each section should have a heading and a brief description.
4. Include a list of projects in the "Projects" section using an unordered list.
5. Add links in the navigation menu to navigate to the respective sections.
6. Use appropriate HTML tags for headings, paragraphs, and lists.
