I noticed here that the verifyTimeout requires the 'applications' parameter to be set on LMP.

@chyt - Not asking you to code this up right away, but can you please just make a quick comment on this, just to confirm that there's NOT some obvious reason we wouldn't want to do this (so no one spends time looking at it).
