Might be OK if this turns out to not be possible, but we should at least use this second booster (after JAX-RS) to investigate.

Can we do another package against a running server (one started with mvn boost:start/run?

See issue #132. If not fixed, it could be a blocker here.

For Open Liberty, this is superseded by dev mode...closing.
