Build: 1014

Repro Steps:

  1. Create an HDInsight config, use "zhouytest230hdi36adls" and set upload storage to "webhdfs"
  2. Check the WEBHDFS Root Path

Result: Show “http://hdfsnamenode:port/webhdfs/v1/”

It is recommended to change "http://" in the suggestion message to "http(s)://"

The following suggested information also needs to be modified:
1. aris-webhdfs: " http:// hdfsnamenode:port/webhdfs/v1/" -> http(s)://

2. hdi-gen1: adl://myaccount.azuredatalakestore.net/root/path -> < rootpath >
