Fixing issue #7794
Helm has now its own GitHub repo: https://github.com/helm/helm (not anymore under the Kubernetes project). So this fix consist to avoid the redirect error (status code 301 - moved permanently) by having the correct url now.
Furthermore, the current lastest stable version is now 2.9.1.
