Prior to this change, the how-to articles for creating MOF-based DSC Resources did not include the root module manifest in the list of required files.

This change:

• Adds the root module manifest as a required file in the file list.
• Resolves Folder structure for a MOF resource part below folder structure is missing MyDscResources.psd1 #215
