Re-assigning special role called "Directory Synchronization Accounts"

This special built-in role cannot be granted outside of the Azure AD Connect wizard.
=> this information is incorrect. you can add the member to the role any time you want. Consider a case where the account was removed from the role. To restore the functionality, you don't need to rerun the AADC wizard. instead, you can assign the role again via Azure portal or Powershell.
