it just doesn't work on my subscription #69747

I started with sqlpackage on mac, but it gave me login failed eventho I'm 100% sure, my credentials and connection parameters were correct.
I continued with importing bacpac from cloud shell, but New-AzSqlDatabaseImport threw unexpected error. After I realised I have created storage account in wrong region, I hurried to try again, probably solved, right? No. Another unexpected error.
Then I tried the example with no change, and it failed on the very same step with unexpected error. So is it supposed to work?

Finally, I've imported the file via portal gui. Not cool.

I was able to repro the error at my end. We will investigate this further and do the needful.

@pavel242242 I have created an issue on azure-powershell repo with the stack trace.
