[!INCLUDEpn_microsoftcrm] on-premises deployments require Internet Facing Deployment (IFD) for users to access their data on their tablets. If you have your [!INCLUDEpn_microsoftcrm] website available over the internet but it is not using the [!INCLUDEpn_microsoftcrm] IFD configuration, it is not supported. To verify that your on-premises deployment is configured for IFD, open [!INCLUDEpn_Deployment_Manager_long] on your [!INCLUDEpn_microsoftcrm] Server. The Authentication Summary section should show that both Claims-Based Authentication and Internet-Facing Deployment are enabled.
Important
For [!INCLUDEpn_moca_full] to successfully connect to a new deployment of [!INCLUDEpn_microsoftcrm], you must run a Repair of [!INCLUDEpn_microsoftcrm] on the server running [!INCLUDEpn_iis] where the [!INCLUDEpn_Web_Application_Server] role is installed after the [!INCLUDEpn_Internet_Facing_Deployment_Configuration_Wizard] is successfully completed. [!INCLUDEproc_more_information]Uninstall, change, or repair Microsoft Dynamics 365 Server.
