Rouge </b> tag on API page

Content issue in the block of text under "Parameters->pszTargetName"

Problem:
The paragraph opens a bold section <b> but then encodes the closing tag's brackets </b>, causing the rest of the page to display as bold. Seen in Chrome on Windows 10.
