I would possibly move the Quantum Inspired section in "What can a quantum computer do?" to after Big Data and Machine Learning because it's the only section that runs on classical hardware. It feels like a better flow to tackle all the quantum device problem areas then mention QI.
Overall, I love this new flow! It all made sense to me, and bar a couple small comments/typos I noticed, I think it looks great :D

This clause didn't make sense to me: " classical bit, which when 0 is measured as 0, and when 1 is measured as 1."
I think it's trying to say that 0 is 0 and 1 is 1 in classical computing bits (as opposed to quantum where that's not nec so), but it's worded oddly: "which when..."
