Addresses issue #196 *On my Surface Book keyboard + and = are the same key, but this may not be the case for all keyboard layouts.

Thanks @esantanaya! On my Surface Book keyboard the + and = are the same key, but see what you're saying that not all keyboard layouts may be this way. I just made a commit to make these two statements in the docs more consistent and changed = to "plus". Hopefully that will help reduce confusion for others. |

The key bind for split a vertical pane seems to be wrong on the panes page
The one that worked for me was Alt+Shift+plus as mentioned in the getting started page
