This pull request removes the mention of acrylic Task View and menus as they where removed late in development. Additionally, this fixes the broken markup for what I assume are supposed to be lists. For content that is more pharagraph-like, I've opted to remove the asterisks entirely to match with similar content elsewhere in this documentation, for the voice query-list, a space has been added to allow the markdown to be recognized as a list.
Also, this renames "Screen Sketch" to it's new branding "Snip & Sketch". This addresses #59.
