Static download link Evergreen Bootstrapper

Hi devs,

I want to use the Evergreen Bootstrapper from a WiX bundle installer. Unfortunately the bootstrapper changes very often, therefore the hashes and so on are not static, regularly breaking the bundle installer. Is there a way to get a static boostrapper download?

PS: Relates to my issue at WebView2Samples.
PPS: I guess #1599 pretty much answers my question. I still think there should be a static download link for the bootstrapper to be able to use it in the bundle installer.
