重要改进

修正了因为ffmpeg错误传参导致的不正确格式转换。

在此之前如果使用Win10自带的mplayer与ffmpeg套件的ffplay播放同一首音乐时音乐时长不一致，并可影响歌词的制作、读取，本次修复了此问题。

Important Fix

Fix the bug of error args that after use ffmpeg to cov m4a files to mp3 files, the win10's mplayer and ffmpeg's ffplay show different time of music file. (this bug has influence to make .lrc file)
