2.0 Release

This is the 2.0 release of LFR.

Changes:

• Fixed exception when closing nonexistent file
• Added ability to import/export entire FONT resources
• Removed useless code
• Importing glyphs/FONTs now modified LFD directly, allowing multiple FONTS to
  be modifed before saving
• Selected glyph now clears when switching files
• Added full resource view

Initial publication of source under MPL 2.0.
