- Fix bug in daemon-entrypoint.sh that was introduced with lk86/improve-docker-entrypoint #10242
- Fix infinite disk use issue with mina.log in favor of simpler logic and the daemon in the foreground
- Fix issues with mina-env files not being sourced properly
