在1.20.1启用ams抑制器防崩导致的红石粉复制问题

Bug description

红石粉掉落被意外复制

Steps to reproduce

下载一个minecraft1.20.1版本，安装fabric 0.15.3
安装fabric API 0.91.0+1.20.1，carpet 1.4.112+v230608，carpet-AMS-Addition 2.24.0
打开游戏，新建一个 创造模式 超平坦世界 输入/carpet amsUpdateSuppressionCrashFix ture 打开抑制器防崩
放置一个任意方块（图中为红色羊毛），在方块上放置一个红石粉

然后打掉这个方块（创造和生存模式都可以）

Expected behavior

方块被破坏，红石粉掉落，产生1个红石粉掉落物

Actual behavior

方块被破坏，红石粉掉落，产生了两个红石粉掉落物


（物品栏红石粉数量从3变成了5）
