there was already a Soul Bound (Non transferable NFT implementation) that was rejected for reference. https://gov.near.org/t/non-transferable-nft-standard/18227 (the contract standards working group reviewed it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Tok9_iwtYk&t=1117s) There also has been many silo'd implementations of a SBTs across different projects in the NEAR ecosystem. Ideally would like a secure standard in which indexers, marketplaces, and wallets can determine and display a lock on the UI to indicate they cannot be transfered. We also have a NFT builder group to assist with helping streamline specifications for this
