New feature

• New useRagfair property in the config. Default value is true. If set to false the Broker will only show trader prices and sell to traders.

Fixes

• Sort of a fix - ragfair rep per 1 rouble is now pulled from server config, instead of being hardcoded.
• Fixed items not displaying sometimes due to calculated tax being +-Infinity.
• Fixed useCache config property not working properly.
• Fixed calculated tax being 1 rouble inaccurate compared to the one shown when creating a new offer on Flea.
• Fixed calculated tax being wrong until you open Flea menu and then go back to Broker trading screen.
