crtsys中实现了
wcout , cout , std::shared_mutex
std::future, std::promise, std::packaged_task
以及各种其他小功能

看过源码，他的实现方式坑比较多，是个实验性项目，商业使用还是差很多。

不过在下一个新架构的 ucxxrt 会实现那些的。（精力有限，时间比较久就是了）
