Bot for German Wikipedia that reports the daily number of users with "Allgemeine Stimmberechtigung" (right to participate in certain community votes)
The bot is currently scheduled to run daily on Toolforge from within the msynbot tool account. It depends on the shared pywikibot files and is running in a Kubernetes environment using Python 3.11.2.
